Currently seeking Facility Manager to support the Air Force Security Forces Command (AFSFC) with the ability to maintain Facility Management and Dorm Services to deliver best courses of actions to provide Infrastructure services that will allow Security Forces members better opportunity to train deployers.
Clearance Requirements: Secret Clearance
Facility Manager Duties: Facilitate and perform daily, weekly and monthly building inspections for AFSFC facilities to ensure they are within safety standards, regulatory compliances and coordinate meetings with Desert Defender Ground Combat Readiness Training Center (DDGCRTC) Mission Partner representatives to triage and close out work order requests via information systems.
The Facility Manager must provide expertise in the areas of inspections of different buildings and includes different security measures such as:
- Routine safety inspections both interior and exterior
- Logistics of dorm management (i.e. room occupancy, inventory, cleaning, etc)
- Transportation logistics (i.e. airport transportation, maintenance coordination, etc)
- Facility management (i.e. work order management, scheduling, inventory, etc)
Qualifications:
1.Texas State Class A or B license in order to operate a 4x2 and 42-45 passenger bus
2.Must be able to lift over 60 pounds
3.Must be able to maneuver furniture items for inspections, cleanliness, arrangements, and or replacements
4. Must be able to safely maneuver through vertical roof hatch in facilities that require presence during maintenance and or security checks
5. Must be able to stand for 4 hours intervals at a time inside infrastructures and outside
6. Must be HAZMAT per OSHA #2015, Hazardous Material, General Industry Standards
