Facilities Maintenance Technician Job at LSISMPL
Larson Systems Inc in Ham Lake seeks a facilities maintenance technician to join our team. Skilled with building technology and maintenance? Love variety? This could be the job for you! We have a great production bonus program, too!
Responsibilities:
- Work with our facilities department to service and maintain our buildings
- Repair issues with equipment and buildings
- Maintain various types of general building equipment
- Participate in grounds maintenance including lawn care and snowplowing projects
Qualifications
- 1 + years of full time building systems maintenance and repair or related industry
- Certificate or college degree in building sciences, building technology or related field
- Previous experience in general building systems maintenance and repair
- Proficient with a variety of hand tools and building maintenance equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Driver's license in good standing (Class A desirable but not required)
