Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to perform maintenance and oversee the maintenance of two manufacturing facilities located in Hillsboro, OR and Milwaukie, OR. Hillsboro will be the primary work location with Milwaukie as the secondary location. Mileage will be reimbursed for commuting between the facilities. This is a long-term, temp to hire opportunity.

PAY: $28.50-$32/hr

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee company Maintenance Technician.
• Perform work as required at both facilities (Hillsboro and Milwaukie).
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, ordering parts as necessary. Machinery includes: CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, manual mills/lathes, CNC Press Brake, CNC Laser, CNC Punch, grinders and other smaller machinery
• Routinely check for breakdowns and machine errors.
• Review maintenance file.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on machines.
• Perform building facilities maintenance including plumbing and electrical, such as changing lights when needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of maintenance work performed.
• Oversee work done by various outside contractors hired to do repairs on machines and facilities.
• Enforce equipment lockout procedures for all machines and equipment when repairs are
• being performed.

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in machinery maintenance and building maintenance
• Driver's License and vehicle to commute between locations
• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with operators, management, suppliers and contractors
• Computer competent with use of Microsoft Office suite
• Manufacturing experience is helpful
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, engineering drawings and interpret specifications
• Ability to work overtime as needed
