We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance and Grounds Technician 1

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.

Essential Functions

• Attends to routine maintenance of assigned ISBH properties as directed by manager
• Maintains accurate maintenance logs and service records and documentation for each property.
• Performs safety inspections to ensure each property is safe and conforms to all state and local protocols.
• Performs general maintenance on Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Structural.
• Performs basic building modifications to conform to the changes and needs of our offices.
• Operates power washer to clean exteriors.
• Paints interior and exteriors as required.
• Performs general landscaping and groundskeeping.
• Maintains tools and power equipment.
• Carries out maintenance quality assurance activities as directed.
• Attends team meetings, provides prompt and courteous services to other ISBH team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree preferred, with specialization in building maintenance.
• High School / Trade School Diploma with three years relevant experience accepted.
• Knowledge of property maintenance, landscaping, and gardening.
• Ability to operate small tractors, lawn equipment, small heavy equipment, and power tools.
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds, walk up and down stairs and ladders.
• Able to effectively communicate through verbal and written expressions.
• Must be familiar with and able to complete computer-based tasks and assignments.
