TITLE: Facilities Coordinator (Exploria Stadium)

FLSA: Full Time; Hourly, Non-Exempt
WHAT SETS YOU APART
Are you a hardworking, positive, and passionate individual who wish to gain experience facilitating key tasks associated with the operation of a professional soccer and special events venue? In this position you will have a direct role in assisting with venue operations, parking operations, sustainability, and the facilities operations department internship program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the execution of all gameday and non-gameday event set-up and post-event breakdown.
- Manage stadium asset inventory including chairs, tables, stanchions, and all stadium seating parts.
- Perform basic maintenance on stadium equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
- Assist in organizing and inspecting all stadium storage areas.
- Assist in coordinating facility and client deliveries.
- Assist with all sustainability program efforts.
- Perform weekly stadium inspections.
- Assist in coordinating third party vendor activities, including acting as facility representative.
- General administrative duties such as data entry, filing, responding to event inquiry emails, etc.
- Assist with both Sylvan Lakes & Osceola Heritage Park Training facilities when necessary
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Event management experience preferred.
- Ability to professionally and confidently interact with members at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) suite of products.
- Possess strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere.
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
- This position requires work inside and outside of the building and some exposure to adverse conditions.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
