Facilities Coordinator Job at Northwest Bible Church
Scope: To support and coordinate the maintenance and utilization of Northwest Bible Church facilities according to professional standards, established policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Process all events to ensure that rooms, times, resources, set-ups, and conflicts associated with the event are managed appropriately.
- Develop and process facilities use agreement with outside parties and obtain required certificates of insurance and fees when appropriate.
- Serve as a primary customer service contact for ministries and other parties for events, workorders, custodial needs. Answering phone calls, emails, texts, and other forms of communication.
- Organize, and attend weekly administration staff meetings to coordinate all future ministry needs.
- Maintain Certificates of Insurance and W-9’s for all contractors, and vendors.
- Organize and delegate events, workorders, and custodial needs to the necessary team member.
- Provide training and support for all scheduling software needs.
- Purchase equipment/supplies needed for campus usage such as custodial, maintenance, kitchen, linen, communion.
- Organize and maintain Work Orders tracking reports.
- Manage contract security offices, providing weekly schedules by the 15th of each month.
- Develop spiritual life through study, prayer, and fellowship and be familiar with and able to explain the Northwest Bible mission statement and values.
- Develop professionally on a continuing bass, by reading, and attending meetings and conferences for information, training, and development.

Requirements
As a religious organization, all employees must affirm and adhere to the Church’s Doctrinal Statement of Faith and Statement on Marriage and Human Sexuality based upon its sincerely held religious beliefs, to qualify for involvement with the ministry. This is necessary to accomplish the Church’s religious mission, goals, and purpose.
