Duties:
· Reads & interprets blueprints.
· Uses hand & power tools to assemble control panel cabinets
· Operates a forklift & pallet jack as needed
· Uses fabrication machine to cut holes into raw metal
· Mounts electrical components
· Spot welds as needed
As a Metal Fabricator/ Assembler, you will work on various aspects related to the manufacturing of custom UL508A control panels, including, mechanical fabrication, panel layout, labeling, wiring and cross check inspections!
Experience:
· Proficient hand/ power tool knowledge
· Blueprint knowledge (will be tested on this during interview)
· Some type of metal fabrication experience
· Mechanical amplitude
· Experience spot welding
