JOB TITLE: F-15 Scanner Technician (Service Technician MFP-Copiers-Printers-Scanners)

SUMMARY:

DAWSON is looking for the next Scanner Technician for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 Supply Services contract, located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position will provide the highest level of technical support to optical scanners. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.

Location: This position is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform machine setup, maintenance, operation and troubleshooting of a screen-printing press; perform job set-ups and pre-production print check to ensure proper machine set-up; and registration, ink viscosity, color and print quality.
• Troubleshooting and resolving printer, fax, Multi-Functional Copier (MFC) and copier problems
• Scanner head maintenance
• Troubleshooting using mechanical skills.
• Accurately diagnose, repair and maintain equipment in perfect condition.
• Keep current with technology through manufacture’s classes and online training.
• Communicate equipment problems and solutions to fellow technicians and management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years related technician experience.
• Experience working on digital copiers and/or laser printers.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and to accept direction on given assignments.
• Able to handle and solve new challenges, demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn.
