Qualifications:

• Possess current Life insurance Producer License
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to build rapport over the phone and in person

Note; you will be an Independent Broker, you will be a 1099 Agent with the insurance companies. So, while you do not work for them, you will be licensed to sell their products. This is a commission only business, and though you work for yourself, you are never by yourself. We will help you grow every step of the way. We’ll never tell you how much to work, however you will quickly realize the more efficient you are, the more you can earn, and grow your business.

YOU WILL NEED AN ACTIVE LIFE INSURANCE LICENSE.

If you do not have one, we will help you, and guide you step by step in that process.

Recruiting/ Building an agency IS NOT required, however to maximize your financial growth, it’s recommended.

With that being said; the reality is 85% of agents in the industry fail within the first 6 months. Sometimes it’s because they don’t have the proper support, sometimes it because of a lack of a proper system, and other times it’s because the agents don’t want to follow the system. Here we have both, and our goal is to have you follow the system, and succeed as soon as possible.
