Summary

The primary responsibilities of the Export Coordinator are to assist the Sales Manager and the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing in providing outstanding administrative and customer service support to the international sales program.

· Supports Allen Harim’s Vision, Mission and Values

· Develop and Implement Action Plans and Key Performance Initiatives to meet annual budget, Operating Plan, Balanced Scorecard, and Agristat’s metrics.

· Monitoring and recording inventory flow

· Filing of manifests, warehouse receipts, and delivery tickets

· Preparing reports and billings

· Maintaining customer files

· Adhere to strict deadlines

· Provide backup for the Sales & Marketing switchboard

· Work within Allen Harim Management system.

· Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

· High School diploma and relevant experience

Knowledge/Skills

· Excellent attendance and punctuality

· Exceptional organizational, record keeping, and follow-up skills

· Good telephone communication skills

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Working knowledge of computer applications

· Microsoft Office skills with an expert focus on Excel.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

List the supervisory responsibilities the position must perform; include the department or position titles responsible for and the level of authority exercised in performing the responsibilities.

· Handles most routine situations independently

· Refers non-routine situations to Sales Manager
