This position is responsible to provide the full range of assistance and support to the Associate Director of Experiential Education and the success of the Experiential Education Program.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Under the direction of the Associate Director of Experiential Education, provides logistical support for experiential learning activities, including credit-bearing experiential learning opportunities and non-credit experiential learning opportunities.
2. Assists the Associate Director of Experiential Education with the promotion and documentation of accomplishments and co-curricular engagement and skill development.
3. Assists the Associate Director of Experiential Education with the digital badging of career competencies.
4. Assists the Associate Director of Experiential Education with the administration of the transcript notation program.
5. Assists the Associate Director of Experiential Education with the administration of the variable credit internship course.
6. Works with students, faculty and employers to coordinate program.
7. Handles logistics for experiential education program as well as student registration processes.
8. As directed, prepares and revises experiential education materials, including guides and marketing materials.
9. Provides support for special experiential education programs.
10. Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Experiential Education, monitors and approves experiential education postings and new employers in Bryant Career Connection. This includes assisting employers with their postings and verifying opportunities.
11. Develops experiential education postings and new employer relationships as necessary.
12. Prepares various reports for experiential education programs/engagements using Banner, Canvas, Access, Excel, Bryant Career Connection, SurveyMonkey and other resources. Provides metrics for various reporting requirements.
13. Provides support for Amica Center programs, including Career Fairs, Résumé Rallies, and other events.
14. Member of the Employer Relations Team.
15. Performs other duties as assigned.

This position is best filled by an individual with demonstrated experience in customer service, program coordination and strong interpersonal skills necessary to maintain positive relationships with employers, recruiters and members of the Bryant Community (students, faculty and staff). The incumbent must be well-organized, detail-oriented and accurate; able to independently establish priorities and carry out day to day assignments; and display maturity and professionalism when dealing with constituents, both internal and external. The incumbent must be able to work with and contribute to a dynamic Amica Center team focused on delivering quality career opportunities to students. This position supports the development of new experiential education opportunities and in particular works to maintain existing experiential education opportunities. Requires ability to interact with constituents in person and by telephone with tact, diplomacy and professionalism. Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management and attentiveness to detail are also required, as are organizational skills and the ability to work independently in an office with constant rescheduling of priorities. Strong oral and written communication skills required.
