ECI Management is looking for an experienced EPA Certified Senior Level Apartment Maintenance/Service Technician for our property in Houma, LA called Houma Highlands.

All Service Technicians are to report to the Service Manager, unless otherwise directed by the Community Manager with agreement of the Regional Property Manager.

The Senior Service Technician must be able to relate to residents in a friendly, professional manner, step in for the Supervisor and manage project, people and purchase orders when necessary.

He/she must work well at the direction of the Service Manager and the Community Manager.

He/she must be well-organized, work with minimum supervision, and have the ability to prioritize work and have a strong sense of customer service when dealing with residents.

He/she must have HVAC certification and a strong working knowledge of all phases of HVAC.

Specific areas for which the Senior Service Technicians are responsible include but are not limited to:

• Completing all maintenance requests assigned on a daily basis
• Assisting the Service Manager in punches and other tasks as needed
• Turning in all maintenance requests to the Service Manager at the end of the day during which the work was completed and informing the Service Manager of any matters which need attention
• Maintenance projects as needed
• Performing any additional duties as assigned by Community Manager
• Performing other tasks or requests consistent with fulfilling company objectives
• Taking after hours emergency on call, monthly rotation, nights and weekends

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
