Sustainable Energy Group (SEG), a fast-growing, exciting solar company, has immediate openings for Solar Installers (with experience) that are hardworking and motivated individuals.
Job Requirements:
- Previous Solar Install Experience Required. Experience with the installation of Solar PV systems, including flashings, racking, conduit, inverters, etc., with a high level of quality
- Have the ability to read job documents and understand single line drawings & data sheets
- Must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and work from heights with an emphasis on safety and following company policies.
- Have the ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
- Maintain a professional & courteous appearance and attitude at all time
- Be punctual and productive
- Provide excellent customer service, including interacting with customers and answering questions as needed
- Possess a strong attention to detail
- Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written with Office Management, other crew members and customers
- A plus would be NABCEP Certifications, OSHA 10 and other industry certifications.
