Health System is seeking a professional and dependable RN Assistant Manager to join our Family Birth Center in Osage Beach, MO. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of all areas of OB, and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpreting policies and procedures for staff and communicating with patients, families, associates, and physicians.
Participating in department functions/meetings to promote its development.
Promoting positive customer relations in all interactions with associates, physicians, and the public.
Demonstrating leadership behaviors at the department level and assisting with leading the department in line with the hospital's vision.
Coordinating the new employees orientation and preempting.
Coordinating the department's education program and assisting in TJC preparation.
Performing all other related duties as assigned.
