Kindle Auto Plaza is currently looking for an EXPERIENCED auto body technician to join their team due to the increase auto body collision business we are looking for the best and are willing to pay top compensation for the right applicant ! The sign on bonus is based on 90 days completed. All Applicants must be able to repair damaged automobiles to pre-accident condition and will follow all OEM & ICAR standards.

We offer a Top Compensation package and the ability to produce 80 plus hours a week without having to work overtime in our newly air-conditioned shop. If you're an experience Auto Body Technician that is tired of working in a dirty, unorganized shop, and repair estimates not written correctly to maximize your flat rate hours & productivity every technician at Kindle Collision center gets an updated estimate with all needed hours listed for any changes before the repairs are completed.

Automotive Body Technician / Mechanic Job Responsibilities:

Examine damaged vehicles access proper repair procedures OEM/ICAR

Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window and seat operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle body and fenders.

Sand & Fill depressions with body filler

Remove damaged panels and replace or repair per estimate

Straighten bent automobile sold frames or subframes

Bolt or weld replacement parts in position per OEM/ICAR procedures

File, grind and sand repaired surfaces

Repair or replace defective mechanical parts
