Our full-time phone appointment setters are setting more Colorado Springs appointments than our Denver-area agents are willing to go on; we need to hire a Colorado Springs partner ASAP!

Compensation:$250,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
Motivated by our internal 501c3, Flourish Alliance, the Flourish Real Estate Network is a broker-agnostic group of agents, teams and brokerages that are committed to addressing issues limiting someone's ability to flourish. This could be things like food insecurity or homelessness, or human trafficking or even dignity pieces like children not being able to experience a holiday or learning because of a lack of funds. Internationally, we primarily focus on community transformation through water, sanitation/hygiene and HIV/AIDS work.
