Bay Area PL Services is a mobile healthcare company providing professional blood draws, vaccinations and Covid-19 testing to individuals in the comfort of their own homes, as a wide variety of mobile health options to entities such as medical research companies, home health agencies, government agencies, and many more.
In general, the Executive Sales Account Manager acts as a link between our company and the client. We are seeking someone who will have a drive to grow business, be outgoing, have amazing customer service and networking skills, and the ability to pivot between projects daily.
Duties and responsibilities:
Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.
Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to company goals and objectives
Create and maintain relationships with clients and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
Penetrating existing accounts, developing relationships that will generate new business.
Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
Manage CRM software, prioritize sales and department needs while ensuring viability
Measure success through customer satisfaction surveys. End goal being retention of clients
Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself
Growing company territory by prospecting new potential accounts
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which may include health care professionals, government entities and corporate research clients.
Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals
Attend industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops
Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success
Promptly submitting staffing requests, supply & purchase orders to the relevant departments
Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management
Skills and qualifications:
The candidate is a critical and flexible thinker with an ability to thrive in a constantly evolving healthcare environment
Proven track record of negotiating and closing sales inquiries
One year of experience handling healthcare specific corporate accounts
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, medical office management, or clinical license strongly preferred.
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is advantageous.
Valid driver's license
Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Up-to-date understanding of the industry's consumer behavior
Ability to create and deliver presentation tailored to the client needs
Time management and multitasking skills
Advanced customer service, analytical, organizational, motivational and negotiation skills
Advanced knowledge of G-Suite & O365
Experience with government and private RFPs & contracts are required
Additional Information:
Compensation $62,000-$85,000 annual salary
