The Executive Recruiter role at NKSFB provides full cycle recruiting support for technical, complex and and/or specialized roles. This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with the leadership team and hiring managers to source and recruit specialized top talent, ensuring a fair and equitable recruiting experience is delivered. The Executive Recruiter will keep recruiting metrics top of mind, leveraging insights to improve the efficiency and quality of the recruiting process. This role will provide guidance and make recommendations to more junior team members in orders to better meet the needs of the units they support. The Executive Recruiter develops reports to track and communicate progress on recruiting efforts. This role will help enable NKSFB’s vision while championing the firm’s culture and values.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews of candidates.
  • Arrange, confirm and send interview details to candidates and other interview attendees.
  • Compose, add and track job postings on various websites.
  • Hiring and onboarding of prospective candidates.
  • Track recruitment activity status in a weekly report.
  • Manage candidate database, while cultivating and maintaining on going influential relationships with potential recruits.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Develops and maintains a comprehensive qualified candidate pool including skillsets at the lower/mid & high-level range.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Manage administrative components of interview process such as answering phone calls, scanning documents, employment applications, scheduling interviews and background checks.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

  • Extensive proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and recruiting top talent.
  • Experience in specialized and/or technical recruiting.
  • Advance knowledge of labor markets, recruiting practices and effective social media recruitment tools.
  • Strong ability to positively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders in the organization.
  • Strong ability to conduct needs assessment and provide input on candidate selection.
  • Ability to learn, interpret, and apply a wide variety of state, federal and local policies and procedures relating to talent acquisition.
  • Exceptional ability to positively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders in the organization.
  • Excellent ability to contribute to concurrent projects, prioritize competing assignments, and manage workload effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, human resources, communications or related field.
  • Seven or more years of experience in one or more of the following fields: human resources, talent acquisition, sourcing, recruiting.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
  • Ability to continually seek new sourcing options.
  • Ability to create strategies for difficult-to-recruit jobs, and screen senior level candidates.
  • Confidence to provide consultative advice to senior talent leaders and hiring managers.
  • Any of the following certifications: CIPD, CPLP, CPTD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR.


Physical Demands / Work Environment:
Occasional, standing, walking, crouching and lifting up to 15 pounds.
Frequent use of hands and reaching with hands and arms.
Regular talking, hearing, seeing, and sitting.
Moderate to loud noise level.
