Job Summary
The Executive Project Coordinator provides administrative assistance to the executive leadership team in the Administration office to coordinate assigned special projects Performs advanced administrative duties pertinent to TGH operations and a wide variety of specialized administrative duties. Performs administrative details including calendar scheduling, executive correspondence, and research, in addition to project management.
The Executive Project Coordinator coordinates/facilitates project/program procedures and supports project details through to completion. Serves as liaison to internal and external groups on special projects as assigned. Responsibility for facilitation of all aspects of the project over its entire life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close). Must be familiar with project scope and objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.
- High School Diploma required.
- Associate’s or Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.
- Five years of experience coordinating administrative services including project facilitation and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office required.
