Private family looking to hire an Executive Estate Housekeeper for their Estate home in Incline Village, NV.
Experienced working with a team of housekeepers
Hours are flexible, some days you might work a weekend day and have a day off during the week and hours are flexible depending on the schedule of the other staff. When the client has an event at the house they would like all the staff to be available for the event and you will be compensated and the same for Holidays. The client does travel and when they travel, the staff is recommended to take their vacation and time off during that time.

The Ideal Candidate:
The person filling this role will be part of an existing team. You’ll be working for a dynamic family. The successful applicant will be service-minded, high-energy, positive, proactive, and a professional team player. This exceptional and experienced Executive Housekeeper will join the team tasked with cleaning and maintaining the family's residences.
You must love dogs! They have 2 Huskies and 2 small poodles.

Skills: Clean, reliable, flexible with hours/tasks, hard-working can-do attitude ability to work full time/extended hours, and love your job
Experience cleaning luxury homes, fine finishings, special surfaces, and working around high-end artwork and antiques.· Flexibility to go the extra mile when needed to get the job done.· Can independently make recommendations based on research and due diligence for the best products and understands the application of those products, and can train other staff.· Communicate with vendors and oversee organizational and deep cleaning projects.· Experience with sorting, steaming, washing, ironing, and folding luxury fine linens and delicate fabrics.· Able to respond to requests timely and follow through until completed.· Can graciously accept feedback and apply knowledge learned.· Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, and crawl. Ability to lift, push and pull required load (approximately 30 lbs.)
TASKS: · Work closely with the housekeeper's team, homeowners, and Estate Manager.· Report anything requiring immediate attention.· Ensure all cleaning equipment & housekeeping tools are maintained in good working order and are being properly cared for.· Clean furniture and fixtures as directed using approved products. Organize personal items & closets.· Assist as needed with changing and making the bedding, and adhere to time schedules.· Clean sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets. Dust furniture, walls, machinery, and equipment. Vacuum and sweep assigned areas.· Maintain a professional appearance and uniform standards.· Listen well, take notes, and respond timely to requests.
REQUIREMENTS: · 3+ years of related experience working in a high-level private home or hotel in a similar role.· References required.· Must pass a background check.· Must be legally able to work in the United States.

Job Type: Full-time salaried position starts at $70,000 annually depending on experience and includes overtime as needed. Salary increase consideration after 90 days of successful employment.

Position Compensation

• Salary: $70,000 a year plus overtime plus bonus pay (DOE)
