Responsibilities Include:
FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS:
Manage all Food and Beverage operations that meet hotel and brand standards, adhere to industry regulations, and effective cost controls in ways that ensure quality operations and financial success.
- Ensure compliance of all company and brand standards for all food and beverage operations
- Ensure compliance and adhere to all local, state, and national regulations
- Control food, beverage, and departmental costs through effective ordering and management of inventories
- Successfully execute, deliver and meet expectations on all food and beverage functions
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
Effective placement, training, management and motivation of food and beverage staff in ways that generate high productivity, retention and morale.
- Ensure the effective hiring, training and role development of food and beverage staff
- Demonstrate, align and appropriately represent the organizations values and spirit of hospitality
GUEST EXPERIENCE:
Successfully meet and exceed guest needs and expectations by maintaining relationships with guests to provide an extraordinary food and beverage experience.
- Provide the direction, support and empowerment of staff to deliver a professional and exceptional food and beverage experience for each guest
- Creatively seek and implement new ideas as to presentation and delivery of food and beverage to enhance guest experience
- Proactively identify and resolve guest needs and issues professionally, promptly and effectively through direct interactions and empowered staff through available resources
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
