The position supports the President of B2C Sales & Head of Corporate Development and reports to the Director of Marketing/Administrative Support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Executive Assistance:
- Schedule management and transcription of all meeting minutes and action items to ensure completion.
- Creating weekly task priorities and ensuring completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Participation in the departments’ key initiatives set out by the B2C leadership team and supervisor.
- Represent and increase collaboration in key areas of focus across the company for the B2C sales department.
Corporate Recruiting Assistance:
- Review resumes for posted positions and make recommendations to the corporate recruiter.
- Conduct initial phone screening interviews of selected applicants.
- Coordinate and schedule interview times for hiring manger.
- Executing all the steps in the hiring process for selected candidates.
- Orchestrate, organize, facilitate, and record company training sessions.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
- Computer skills including the Microsoft Suite (Word & Excel).
- Excellent written communication skills and phone etiquette.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications but not Required:
- Previous administrative experience. Recruiting experience is a plus.
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software program.
- Video recording and editing experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
