Position OverviewThis position is to provide administrative support to the CXO/EVP level. These leaders are based in Eastern, Central, and Mountain time zones, but travel frequently to Pacific.
Responsibilities:
Examples of the typical duties include:- Manage calendars for Senior leaders including arranging workshops and customer meetings
- Arrange travel (domestic & international) and complete expense reports
- Plan and host events and workshops including key client events
- Work with HR, Facilities, Marketing, etc. as needed to ensure smooth execution of events, and meetings

- Understanding of Quest Defense business and culture
- Communicate with executives effectively to build trust and rapport

Expectations:
- 5+ years in executive or administrative assistant roles
- Travel occasionally, typically to support critical events
Position Details:
- Band: 1B
- Hourly, Full time Regular (30-40 hrs/week typically)
- WFH: Remote okay, eastern, mountain, or central time preferred
- Location: preferred locations include Cincinnati, Minneapolis, Phoenix
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Mostly Office Environments
- Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
- Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
- Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
