Executive Assistant
Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a ROCKSTAR Executive Assistant to join the Administration team supporting the CEO, and the Board of Commissioners.

- Has 3-5 years relevant experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience necessary
The Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will not only support the CEO and the Board, but also be a true partner to them.
Along with supporting the Board administratively, this role works hand-in-hand as a trusted partner to the CEO in running the daily workflow of Administration and the CEO's priorities. This unique role creates a dynamic opportunity to experience the inside track of healthcare and how the business of healthcare works and helps our community.
This role will also forge strong relationships with the entire C-Suite Executive Team, hospital leadership and the entire Administrative Support Team in achieving the best outcomes for the hospital and our patients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Graduate of an approved High School program or GED equivalency
- Three - five years of administrative/coordinating/support work experience or equivalent in a business setting required; healthcare setting preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred
This is a full time, exempt position
