We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Branch Manager at our CrossCountry Mortgage Franklin Branch. This is an in-person position, and the ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be fun and creative, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

$50,000 - $55,000 per year

• Manage the Branch Manager’s calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure timely communications with clients and team members
• Coordinate, plan, and execute events and meetings, including logistics, catering, and event registration
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals
• Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
• Manage travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for the Branch Manager
• Handle confidential information and maintain discretion at all times
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Provide administrative support to other team members as needed

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
