Overview:
The contractor shall provide administrative support for the 711 Human Performance Wing (HPW), USAFSAM Department of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM/FE), Aerospace Medicine Studies and Analysis Division (FES). USAFSAM/FES executes the management of the USAFSAM Studies and Analysis Portfolio, the Aerospace and Operational Clinical Psychology Program, the Neuroimaging Research Program, and the 711 HPW Operational Support Team that provides support to the Air Force Integrated Operational Support Initiative.
- The contractor employee responsibilities shall include providing administrative support for USAFSAM/FES and other USAFSAM executive staff, as requested to assist with the execution of the FE, FES, and USAFSAM mission.
- The contractor employee shall serve as an advisor to the FES Division Chief and all immediate reports to the Chief, on all administrative and personnel matters within the organization.
- The contractor employee shall review, evaluate, analyze and implement higher headquarter guidance in support of the organizational mission.
- The contractor employee shall strategically and proactively manage data and update information retrieved from varied sources.
- The contractor employee shall assist the Government in performing a variety of executive-level administrative tasks, in support of the day-to-day oversight and management of the USAFSAM/FES division, by maintaining files, spreadsheets and briefings, preparing various types of documentation, tracking division suspense’s, scheduling division meetings, managing division TDY requests and coordination, supporting meetings held by the Division Chief (with some requiring preparation of briefing materials, and taking notes/minutes from the meeting), and other activities, as required.
- Three years’ executive administrative support in an Air Force environment is desired.
