Quotient is looking for an Events Manager to help generate awareness, interest and demand specifically for our key growth areas: Digital-out-of-home (DOOH) and Influencer Marketing.

As a member of the Demand & Digital Marketing team, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the charge on events. You will manage hosted and 3rd party events, both virtual and in-person, end-to-end. This includes the promotional planning, event content, securing speakers, creating production plans, post-event follow up and reporting.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define the goals, strategy and event requirements
  • Research and present strategic concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders for feedback
  • Manage all aspects of event production, including venue selection, registration, transportation and travel logistics
  • Collaborate with relevant internal marketing teams on event promotion, post-event follow up and reporting.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, including event partners, vendors, and speakers, to ensure successful event execution
  • Manage the events budget and vendor invoicing
  • Analyze event metrics as well as internal and external feedback to identify areas for improvement

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of Event Management/related Marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of events as a strategic marketing channel Ability to set goals as well as measure, analyze and present comprehensive and concise results reporting
  • Collaborative work style and ability to work cross functionally with marketing colleagues, sales, key clients and other stakeholders
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
  • Decisive and solution oriented, able to adapt to program or priority changes while maintaining composure with a focus on next steps
  • Able to balance and prioritize multiple events and related projects with overlapping planning and execution timelines
  • Accountability, strong follow through and attention to detail
In Colorado, California, Washington, and New York City, the annual base salary range for this role is $110K - $120K. The hired applicant will be eligible for an annual bonus and will receive an equity grant in the form of either a direct grant of stock that will be specified in the employment agreement or an option to purchase stock in the future for a specified price.
