Position Summary:
The A&E Management Support Coordinator (TLH) assists the Account & Event Management team, ensuring timely completion of daily tasks submitted by the A&E team. This position requires a strong emphasis on attention to detail, organization, and innovation.
Essential Position Functions:- Establish a positive and organized work environment
- Seek out and identify additional points of contact for customers
- Identify event public relations pictures and source the end product to clients
- Execution of mailings
- Data entry
- Assist A& Team with projects to improve client relations
- Creation and distribution of event related materials
- Prepping equipment to send to field teams
- Testing equipment to ensure its functioning properly
- Shipping equipment based on timelines set based on business needs
- Assisting with inventory counts
- Assisting Logistics Manager in department weekly tasks
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Punctual, detail oriented, and a self-starter
- Image management, visual arts, data entry, and/or excel experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills via email, phone and video conferencing
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office® programs and have the ability to learn other computer programs and applications as needed
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule based on business needs as hours may vary depending on time of year including nights and/or weekends as needed
