Job Summary
As the Event Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key contributor in supporting the efforts of the development, planning and execution of internal and external meetings, events, and marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business and brand objectives. You will work with stakeholders to plan our yearly large-scale festivities such as, Presidents Club, National Meeting, and Customer Council.
Essential Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for each event (before, during, and after).
- Coordinate event entertainment, venue selection, activities, transportation/accommodations, food and beverage selection, and event content creation.
- Track and reconcile budgets, build event websites and coordinate registration pages.
- Launch and review post-event surveys to measure event success.
- Manage market inventory and promotional items for all events.
Qualifications
- Creative mind and event management expertise.
- Multi-tasker with experience in juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Confident in your decision-making strategies with the ability to receive feedback.
- Previous success in managing brand events and campaigns targeting specific verticals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience using graphic design platforms and/or content creation software.
- Good negotiating and proficient at reviewing and understanding contract language from vendors.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
