Galt Ocean is seeking an experienced licensed clinician for a full-time position in our Evening IOP program.

We are seeking a leader who provides expert clinical care for clients who are re-entering society as productive adults, provides treatment and discharge planning, conducts individual, family, and group sessions, and completes clinical documentation in Kipu in a timely manner.

The clinician will work in an environment with a pronounced infrastructure that supports clients' needs from case management to medical care and developing life skills.

We are a DCF licensed facility, accredited by The Joint Commison and certified by LegitScripts.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited University
• Valid & Current LCSW, LMFT or LMHC license - Preferred
• Strong, proven experience with IOP/OP clients
• Experience with EMR's - Kipu software experience, Required
• Proven clinical experience
• Strong documentation skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to build up the IOP/OP program

Work schedule:Full-time. Monday-Friday. Evening IOP/OP groups are Monday-Friday, 600p-900p.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
