We're looking for a detail-oriented, responsible Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a school setting, is capable of taking direction well and is committed to helping us create a productive and healthy learning environment. This position involves routine cleaning tasks and the successful candidate will have a track record of success developing efficient cleaning plans and schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Be a member of the school custodial staff.
- Clean the facilities to an acceptable level of cleanliness.
- Ensure the facilities are prepared for school.
- Communicate with teachers, administrators and other staff.
- Wash windows and walls, scrub floors, clean restrooms, empty trashcans and more.
- Keep equipment in good working order.
