We seek a Senior Associate Estate Planning Attorney who wants to develop with our well-established and growing Worcester, MA, law firm and make a difference in the communities we serve in the Heart of the Commonwealth. Every week starts with a firm-wide team meeting to set each of us up for success. This position is primarily hybrid remote, but you must live within commutable distance of Worcester to meet with clients in person when necessary and for signing meetings.

Associate Attorney Requirements:

• Must be actively licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar Association.
• You bring a minimum of three years of experience practicing law with a primary focus on estate planning.
• You have exceptional legal research and writing skills with an analytical and process-driven aptitude.
• Attention to detail is your middle name.
• Demonstrated presentation skills and an ability to engage with and build lasting client relationships.
• Tech-savvy with a knack for embracing new technologies.
• Experience with CRMs, electronic document storage, and drafting software while working in a law firm environment.
• You are always compassionate, empathetic, and respectful in your approach. The consummate professional at all times.
• Conduct initial consults and strategy sessions and are passionate about educating new clients on estate planning products and services.
• Review and sign off on drafts of client estate planning documents and financial records to ensure that personalized plans meet clients' needs and wishes.
• You should be able to draft estate planning documents in your sleep from scratch, with templates, and utilizing industry-specific software.
• You’re comfortable delegating, supervising, and proofreading the work product of paralegals and a legal support team.
• Communicate and meet with clients via zoom and in person at our Worcester, MA, office.
• You meet or exceed deadlines. Period.
