In partnership with Code Ninjas Palos Verdes, Beach City Esports is the premier location for youth Esports. Featuring Fortnite, Overwatch, Apex, Rocket League, Valorant and more. Beach City Esports helps develop future pro gamers. Seasonal leagues and workshops are the core of our business. We are searching for somebody to run our leagues.
Essential Functions of the Job are to complete the follow:
- Manage and run all aspects of our Esports leagues.
- Create and implement effective strategies.
- Elevate the business by implementing new and efficient ideas.
- Respond to and enroll inquiries.
- Create synergy among local businesses and clubs.
- Inspire youth.
- Assist the Associate Director and General Manager.
- Supervise gaming facility daily.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Esports experience.
- Experience in live streaming.
- Proficient communication.
- Valorant and Overwatch experience.
- Experience coaching and/or teaching youth.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Knowledge of business principles, including management, marketing, business plan research, and business ethics, increase the chances of survival of a business.
- Good work ethics.
- Exceptional written and oral skills.
- Understanding of modern information and communication technology.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience (Preferred).
- High school or GED
