JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an Associate Systems Analyst. This position will be a hands-on teammate contributing to an Agile DevOps scrum team supporting our ERP system. Perks include continuous training opportunities, flexible work hours, and amazing team culture.  

This position is remote eligible with a preference for candidates located in Cincinnati, Columbus, Versailles, Dayton, OH areas, Kansas City, MO, and Buffalo Grove, IL.

ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Participate on Agile teams, implementing new or enhancing existing system solutions 

• Contribute to process map development for new systems and/or inter-dependencies 

• Participate in data definitions & structures and data management methods for systems 

• Contribute to the upgrade of existing computer systems or the installation of new systems 

• Ensure system’s integrity is maintained; performance requirements are achieved, and security compliance is continuously met. 

• Work with Product Owners and Business Analysts to create the product backlog, user stories and behavior driven acceptance criteria related to system configuration needs 

• Conduct reviews of newly installed systems and changes

• Support Identification and analyzation of system problems

• Contribute to the definition, configuration, and modification of systems including encoding, testing, and debugging – implementing automation wherever possible 

• Work with an Agile team to help the automation of Behavior Driven Development scenarios

• Continuously learn and apply best practices in support of DevOps and modern software delivery 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors' degree in management information systems, systems analysis, computer science or related field, or accredited certification with relevant experience required . 0 – 1 years of systems analyst experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience:  

• Understanding of relevant Agile testing practices
