JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: IT/ERP Administrator
We are seeking a full-time, permanent ERP Administrator for a great organization based out of the great Grand Rapids area.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the organizations ERP System ensuring reliable performance, resolving hardware/software related issues, training end users, assisting with user access and creating/maintaining accounts.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with supporting, training and troubleshooting an ERP System (Epicor or SAP preferred)
- Ability to build relationships with internal business partners and assist with system improvements.
- Comfortable training end users, setting up and maintaining accounts and editing user access within ERP.
- Familiar with creating reports from an ERP and utilizing tools like SAP Crystal Reports or SSRS reports.
BONUS EXPERIENCE:
- Experience within the Manufacturing or Tool & Die industries.
- Experience with Epicor or SAP ERP systems
LOCATION:
- Comstock Park, MI area
