Epic Applications Analyst Job at AnMed
This position analyzes, provides specifications for, and writes individual reports for Ambulatory and ASAP applications. Serves as the primary reporting resources and have responsibility and focus on system support, maintenance, analysis, design, specifications documentation, change control, and versioning of all reporting components used to build and manage hospital reporting. Meets with Epic application analysts and departmental users to understand their reporting needs and creates new reports or modifies existing reports to meet their needs.

Qualifications:
Requires an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or clinical related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in the healthcare field with business systems reports writing experience including designing, creating, validating, implementing, and supporting the organizations clinical reporting needs. Experience as Epic-certified Business Intelligence Developer preferred.
- Excellent analysis, problem solving, trouble-shooting and customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with relational database concepts, programming, systems analysis and design, and query tools. Sound knowledge of Microsoft SQL database structure and knowledge of SQL query techniques.
- Experience with SAP Business Objects, SQL coding, and data warehousing (Caboodle).
