BLUES CITY CARRIERS is a contracted service provider for FEDEX Ground. We have an ENTRY LEVEL DRIVER PROGRAM for NEW DRIVERS. We can hire drivers with little to no tractor-trailer experience with a CDL training certificate from an approved school. While classified as a trainee, the Entry Level Driver has, within a minimum of three months to complete an additional 300 CDL A behind-the-wheel hours (minimum) while accompanied by a Lead Driver. 96 hours must be observed hours by the Lead Driver. All loads drop and hook, no-touch freight. We have several locations in Memphis, TN, Olive Branch, MS, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA, Savannah, GA, Independence, KY and more! Trainee PAY: Set salary

• 1st month - $1200-$1680/week
• 2nd month - $1300-$1820/week
• 3rd month - $1400-$1960/week

Upon completion of training, you will be classified as a regular full-time driver with team pay: 0.80cpm

Qualifications:

• CDL Training certificate from an approved school
• Doubles/Triples Endorsement
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test
• Must be able to pass a Background Check
• No felonies/violent misdemeanors or drug-related misdemeanors in the last 10 years.
