NTA, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Software Engineer to support research, development, and engineering activities at Redstone Arsenal. Job responsibilities include real-time code development, unit testing, and safety analysis required to support the development, integration, test, and evaluation of guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems for U.S. Army Weapons. This position supports the Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) in missile and aviation system research and development.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited institution
- - 0 - 3 years of experience
Required: :
- Experience with C, C++
- High level of computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with good analytical skills, a team player, and capable of handling multiple deadlines and priorities
- Ability to travel (~10% or less)
Desired: :
- Experience with developing and implementing real-time embedded Ada and programming in an RTEMS environment
- Experience with Python
- Experience with source code version control tools and issue management systems
- Knowledge of Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or Microcontrollers
- Experience with real-time OS and Linux
