Entry-Level Salesperson

What you’ll do
- Coordinate 3M product testing with customer and focus on product optimization
- Work with tooling engineers on all 3M opportunities related to quality and throughput
- Assist other sales staff with 3M product tests at customer locations, including operating parameters, monitoring data collection and reporting
- Provide cost analysis on current and new 3M items
- Presents 3M product data to customer engineering, management and finance teams as requested
- Develop 3M training material for internal and external customers
- Forecast annual 3M sales
- Develop and deliver various sales presentations
- Works with customers directly to find more uses for 3M products that lead to increased sales
- Travel >50%
Requirements
- Solid work tenures and having a strong competitive mentality that’s always striving to learn, grow and continually improve
- Someone that is excited to be trained in industrial tooling and adhesives and support customers across the U.S.
- Tech Savvy individual that has prior experience using CRM or ERP systems
- Prior tool, manufacturing, or industrial experience is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness and ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Applicant resides in the Midwest U.S., preferably MI, OH, or IN.
- Knowledge and experience working in the tooling industry

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be on your feet for a good part of the day, walking around plants and customer sites
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
