Position Overview:

We are looking for individuals to help our sales teams by managing our client’s customer accounts directly. You will handle the needs of the customers by promoting materials to ensure our client’s needs are met. You will be responsible for ensuring customer retention, and satisfaction, all while maintaining the sales quotas of our client. This role is a face-to-face position, not a remote position. We ensure our employees have ample opportunities to grow within our company. Ensuring the success of our company and most importantly, our clients.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with customer service
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor while speaking with customers
• Having a competitive nature is a plus
• Ability to maintain and build relationships with customers and clients

Compensation & Benefits:

• This role has commission opportunities for on-target earnings
• A base hourly rate that is paid out weekly
• Weekly bonuses
• Travel opportunities
• Weekly Team nights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
