GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Enrollment Office Assistant will perform clerical and general office duties to support the daily operations of the Admissions and Recruitment Office. Admission applications data entry and answering phones will be primary functions.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

  • Perform data entry of all admissions applications.
  • Perform all tasks related to processing admissions documents and applications.
  • Provide follow-up email requests for student information.
  • File admissions documents.
  • Answer phones and respond to emails, as assigned.
  • Provide front desk office coverage, as needed.

Job Requirements:


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of related work experience.
  • Proficiency with basic word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Accurate keyboarding skills.

COMPENSATION
: $17.00 per hour, up to 18 hours per week. Non-benefited, Non-unit position.
