Enrollment / Intake Coordinator Job at UCP of Central Florida

The Enrollment Coordinator is the first point of contact for potential students seeking to enroll at UCP Charter Schools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with new referrals for potential UCP Charter School students received via Brightwheel/direct phone calls within 48 hours via e-mail or return phone call.
  • Document all communication in Brightwheel/notify campus Family Services team.
  • Set up campus tours utilizing Campus Tour Schedule
  • Provide information to parent on enrollment process/paperwork requirements.
  • Upload any submitted enrollment documentation to Brightwheel.
  • Provide follow up info to parents as requested.
  • Provide weekly statistics on number of referrals, tours and enrollment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Training:

  • AA degree preferred.
  • High School diploma/GED required.

Minimum Experience:

  • 1-2 years intake/case management experience
  • Prefer experience working with families of children with disabilities
  • Prefer admission working with school enrollment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English required)
  • Highly organized/attention to detail.
  • Sense of urgency
