GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a responsible, energetic individual to assist the ReadyCabke/ReadyChain project engineers in assembly design and documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist product engineers and harnessing personnel in ReadyChain/ReadyCable assembly.
• Assist product engineers and harnessing team in the research of long-lead and hard to find parts.
• Assist project engineers with the development and test of special ReadyChain products.
• Test and inspect ReadyChain assemblies to assist the product engineers in corrective action of production issues.
• Prepare drawings and procedures using Microsoft Excel to be used for manufacturing process control.
• Assist the harnessing team with problems involving several known variables in situations of routine nature.
• May be asked to complete some moderately repetitive tasks.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical degree in engineering technology or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of two years of relevant education and/or experience in engineering technology or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, ERP data entry software and basic CAD software.
• Experience working in an Industrial electro-mechanical atmosphere is a plus.
