Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Manual assembly and rework of multi chip modules for testing, operating automated test benches, performing basic manual RF tests. Intern will review test results with Engineers, make modifications of prototypes and retest until performance meets specifications. We are looking for a student who is available for 6 months, from January to May/June 2023.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a current student pursuing associates or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Knowledge and hands on experience with RF test equipment: multi-meter, Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, Oscilloscope, signal generators, power meter, power supplies
- Ability to understand schematics and diagrams
- Excellent communication skills, ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- IC Package assembly, component soldering and reworks skills is a plus
