The Engineering Manager will lead a CPG Food & Beverage plant's engineering team and support all strategic, operational and policy aspects of the plant in the areas of safety, quality, performance, management, and organizational objectives. Leading the Engineering team, you will have 2 Project Engineers as direct reports responsible for leading all Capital Engineering Projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering, Science or Mathematics from an accredited College or University or equivalent degree / experience
- Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years Engineering Project experience required, preferably in CPG beverage/food manufacturing.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification(s) a plus
