Summary:

We are currently seeking senior level position who is a clear communicator that is committed to enhancing our 80/20 product menu across our different business models. This position requires a proactive, team-oriented leader who can thrive in a growing organization and will be responsible for driving quality, innovation, efficient, and cost-effective production through process implementation and product design while providing the best-in-class technical support. This hands-on leadership role requires a person that is passionate about growing people and products.

Supervisory Responsibility:

The Engineering Manager supervises our design engineering, testing, warranty, and technical support teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience directly leading teams
• Technical experience relating to design/diagnostics of hydraulic/mechanical/electrical systems
• Product lifecycle development and deployment with go to market product launch experience
• Previous experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) desired

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to physically perform medium work: exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, 20 lbs. of force frequently, and 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects
• Visual requirements include clarity of vision at a distance of more than 20 inches and less than 20 feet without correction, color vision, depth perception and field of vision
• Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
