To join our team as a Senior Market Outreach Field Specialist! This role is responsible for developing an increased awareness and adoption of targeted energy efficient technologies, strategic market development, customer satisfaction as well as delivering on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings. This role will be providing technical advice and be responsible for installation of energy efficient equipment and conducting energy efficiency audits.

- Develop outreach tactics to assist in recruiting customers and trade allies
- Work in cooperation with other energy efficiency programs to move projects forward and follow up on leads
- Perform event planning, coordination, and presentation of programs
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of residential energy upgrades that involve further analysis (on site verification and electronic review of field data entered)
- Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products
- Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues
- Travel throughout a defined territory

- 5-8 years of experience in a relevant industry
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
