Seeking a personable, enthusiastic, and dependable individual who can provide weekly, support to a young man in Exeter, NH. The position would include working with the young man on tasks such as providing support and assistance with working on independence in areas of coping strategies, behavioral management, completing ADL's in the home and accessing community activities.

The Role:
As a Family Managed Employee, you will be working directly with clients and their families in a self-directed services program. We are looking for motivated, dependable, and responsible individuals who will be able to meet the client’s support needs and work with them on goals and activities focused both in the home and in the community, which may include, but are not limited to accessing the community, maintaining current employment, assisting with personal care and ADL’s, seeking and maintaining volunteer and paid employment opportunities, developing and maintaining and building relationships.:
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in education and should be comfortable identifying and meeting support needs and problem solving. Additionally, Family Managed Employees, should be able to take direction and adapt quickly, be a self-starter, and be willing and eager to be an advocate. Dependability, a desire to make a personal connection, and good communication skills are required.:

What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in the human services industry preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to utilize technology as needed
- Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.:
