Employee Experience Manager Job at Physician Affiliate Group of NY
The Employee Experience Manager plays a key role in the management and accountability of DE&I programs, L&D initiatives, and engagement strategies across the entire Physicians Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) network. This position will assist in the development and championing of a truly diverse workforce and inclusive environment, where our people can thrive and be their authentic selves. The successful incumbent will work to not only deliver high quality training, but will also look for opportunities to develop impactful content designed to improve employee performance, engagement, and business results. This position will maintain an intentional and innovative mindset to deliver against strategic initiatives- they will also collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders, increase awareness and accountability, and be a key driver of employee retention.
- $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 annual base salary
