Job Description:
The ideal Email Marketing Specialist candidate will have experience with email marketing and will possess a high level of attention to detail, show initiative and have a problem solver mindset. The day to day will be working internal marketing teams building emails, managing the calendar, and organizing daily email tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure timely execution of email campaigns which involves planning, copy, design, and coordination of approval processes
Ensure marketing messages are sent in proper form and template, following industry standards
Hands-on development and execution of marketing emails, web pages and forms
Manage tasks within Workfront and deliver work on time.
Manage email creation process, monitor, and maintain key success metrics.
Schedule, test and send messages using email software
Develop and execute A/B testing for email optimization
Manage email calendar
Pull stats and email performance for marketing automation team
Manage Litmus tracking code
Help with form setup for events and lead generation
Qualifications:
3-6 years marketing experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with email service provider software, preferably Marketo
Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
Solid understanding of workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, projects, resources
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team-based environment under limited supervision
Knowledge of Litmus is preferred
Email HTML coding experience, preferable
Proven experience with digital marketing techniques including inbound/outbound marketing, demand generation, SEO, SEM, PPC, Analytics, etc.
Knowledge of privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc)
Solid understanding of workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle
